Job Description
Position: Project Manager
Qualification: Any Engineer Graduate/Computer Science.
Experience: 3 6yrs
Responsibilities for Project Manager
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
Track project costs in order to meet budget and Identify RBG for tasks in project.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments,and progress.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Make a weekly and monthly reports of the ongoing projects and update it.
Schedule a training session for the team members.
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
Exposure to or awareness of all phases of software development projects including analysis,systems,development and testing approaches
Create flow diagrams using drawing.io, Visio
Create Software Specification, Test specification, and user acceptance criteria.
Ensure that the scrum team adheres to scrum theory, practices and rules, and work as a servant leader within the project team.
Support the Service Owner(s) for Project Delivery in maintaining and developing processes,standards, tools and reporting and their documentation and proactively reviewing the service provided to end-users and customers.
Note:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
