ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:
- Drive test strategy, planning, methodology, creation, and reviews of product test cases and ensure traceability back to the system requirements and features in medical devices domain
- Ensure completeness of overall product testing including cybersecurity, performance, reliability, and other non-functional needs as required
- Drive accountability for end-to-end product verification execution and reporting standards
- Produce test documentation that meets the SDLC requirements and comply to quality procedures
- Increase test efficiency by maximizing automation and process improvements
- Review and provide feedback on all test outcomes
- Actively support the team to mitigate impediments and achieve sprint / release goals
- Effective negotiation and collaboration with cross functional teams and leaders
- Support multiple projects in parallel
- Test coach for other test engineers on the team
- Lead in a global environment
What you need:
Skill Set
Primary
- Strong testing exposure in Manual and Automation
- Should have solid hands-on experience in testing variety of Web, Windows, Cloud, Mobile etc. applications
- Proficient in SDLC, Test Methodologies, Bug Lifecycle, Test Case development, Risk Assessment & Test Planning
- Strong hands-on experience in developingTest Strategy and Planning & Estimation
- Excellent at designing and review of test case, test plan, test reports
- Good experience in System integration, Performance & product security testing
- Strong analytical skills to participate in troubleshooting of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
- Experience in scripting and automation testing tools such as CodedUI/Selenium
- Hands-on with setting up of test environment for verification activities
- Effective and proactive communication to facilitate progress and cascade the right level of information to all project stakeholders on a regular basis
- Anticipates bottlenecks, proactive identification of upcoming milestones / risks / issues and mitigation
- Ability to take technical leadership & ownership of different test deliverables for the team
- Flexible to overlap couple of hours with US time zone
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of Video Signals & standards
- Familiarity with Medical domain standards & FDA requirements
- Experience in testing applications which involves Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Working experience with Agile methodologies Scrum, Kanban, LEAN, PP
- Experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins
- Experience in Linux operating system is a plus
