Job Description
Urgent opening for Software Developer:
Purpose of the job: Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's software applications.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Responsible for transforming detailed application specifications into production ready application systems.
Configure and maintain Web based applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with enterprise applications.
Utilize and adhere to the corporate project management methodology.
Other duties and responsibilities:
Provide other support as needed, especially as back-up for other absent IT team members.
Create and/or enhance existing to aid in continuing resolution of problems.
Communicate to manager for issues relating to Information Technology processes and support.
Supervisory responsibilities: None
Knowledge and Skills:
Required: 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft ASP.NET, C#, JQuery and HTML. Should have worked on three tier architecture and have experience writing stored procedures.
Preferred: Accounting background, Great Plains, FRx
Desirable: SQL Server 2008 or newer.
The individual must possess these skills and abilities, or explain and demonstrate that s/he can perform the essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some combination of skills and abilities.
Working Conditions and Environment: Work at office location for predetermined amount of hours during the regular workweek, and be available to provide support on weekends as needed.
Performance Metrics:
Project completion according to schedule with expected quality.
