PROFILE DETAILS FOR REGIONAL RETAIL MANAGER-KK POSITION
Qualification: MBA
Age Limit:25 to 32 years
Experience:5 to 8 years exp. In the consumer durable industry.
Position:REGIONAL RETAIL MANAGER-KK
CTC Offered:5 to 8 LPA
The location has to handle: U. P & U.K.
Base Location- Lucknow.
60% or above marks throughout education is mandatory
Job Responsibilities
Implementing pre-decided store designs, to make, parameters & systems provided.
Making the stores operational within 43 days of sign up.
Coordinating store inauguration & programs along with the regional team as per process provided.
Coordinating with the marketing team for BTL activities, as directed.
Follow policies & systems created to make stores operational.
Maintenance of design, merchandise & checklist post stores becoming operational.
Reporting and handling issues & complaints coming from franchisee stores.
Reporting the work accomplished to the retail head.
Executing directions given by retail head & management.
Coordinating with regional teams& retail teams.
Compliance & adherence to policies provided.
Coordination with various departments of the company for smooth flow of work.
Any other duty and responsibility added from time to time.
