Job responsibilities:
1. Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products.
2. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
3. Allocating areas to sales representatives. Handling day to day management of the sales team.
4. Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance and assisting them in deals when required.
5. Responsible for sales of assigned Key Accounts with a focus to increase penetration and product range.
Sales of the following to be done in Projects, Sites, Private Clients and Builders. Responsible for sales forecast, planning and execution.
Preferably someone from the construction, Piping, Building Material, paints, ceramics, tiles field will be preferable.
