Job Description

We are looking for Sales Officer - Project and Sales Coordinator meeting with below following criteria.


Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly reports to track the Business activities - Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets Target Industries.
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments Develop plan to achieve monthly target with Area Sales Manager and set daily / weekly /monthly targets for his team.
  • Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets and new areas of business growth looking for business opportunities with the channel partners for more extraction and addressability.
  • Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners keeping terms clearly defined, resulting in deeper market penetration.
  • Identification of potential opportunities so that sale could be derived and hence registered strong brand presence in the market.
  • New business development from existing and new customers.
  • As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales performance - driving volumes and distribution targets for the new product category in the respective territory.
  • Projects as well as for retail sales, Sales planning and new Client identification for Wood adhesive in assigned territory.
  • Responsible for the business targets of the territory
  • Should be confident enough to handle channel sales & distributor sales activity.
  • Reports as per Management requirements.
  • Coordination with Internal and external customer.
  • Preparing report on a daily, weekly and Monthly basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

1. Graduates with prior experience in Channel sales or distributor Sales.

2. Applicants from ACP Industry or similar industry will be given first preference.

3. Sales professionals with 3-8 years of B2C sales experience

4. Proficient on communication and Well versed in excel system.

5. Having a Tally experience is added advantage.

6. Specification of A & B grade Architect.

7. Relation with Building and Fabricators.
