Job Description :-
1. Conduct training modules for Agent Advisors/Sales Manager/Bramch Managers
Conducting FCS, BCS , and ICS
Conducting GIDs and IIDs
Conducting PRP and FOD as and when required
2. Look after training logistics
Schedule training sessions
Ensure wider participation of agents in programs
3.Monitor progress of agents on a continuous basis
Seek regular feedback from agents , Sales Managers, Partner and Managing Partner
Ensure that agents follow moral and ethical standards when dealing with clients
Monitor Agent development
4.Update training material
Review present training material
Scan environment
Incorporate feedback from Agents, Customers, ADMs, APs, Ps, MPs,Sales managers,Branch Managers
Ensure that the agents get updated and continuous information on Max Life products
Facilitate self development of agents
