Description :
- The role holder will be responsible for leading the migration of the current ERP systems to Oracle cloud based systems
- The role holder will work with leadership teams based in the US to define and implement strategy, roadmap and goals in-line with the organization vision

Our client is a US based health-care major looking for strong leaders who can drive the migration of their ERP suite to Oracle EBS
Description:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize data needs to streamline communication flow in order to align to short-term and long-term responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Trusted leader to key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact
- Be a decision maker and drive initiatives and applications management
- Have a customer first mindset to ensure measurable outcomes for the success of strategies and project
- Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to define the strategy and roadmap for the business aligning to the organization vision
Profile :
- 10+ years experience leading teams adept in providing information services to applications and business processes in Finance, Supply chain, HCM
- Proven experience designing and implementing transformative programs using Orcale ERP, BI and DW
- Experience in Oracle ERP suite and Oracle Cloud applications is a mandate
- Experience designing migrations and integrations for conversion projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead large scale IT teams in large enterprise setups
- Comfortable working with Global stakeholders and teams
