We are hiring HR Recruiter for our placement consultancy.
Designation: HR Recruiter / Sr. HR Recruiter (For IT and Non IT)
Salary: 10000.00 to 27000.00 Per Month (Based on current CTC)
Experience: 1 to 12 Years relevant experience.
Job Location: Mira Road (East)
Job Profile-
Sourcing the best talent from diverse sources like portals, social site and managing consultants
To Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, initial screening, short-listing resumes from job portals.
Interacting with candidate, briefing about the profile for various positions. Scheduling telephonic or personal interview of shortlisted candidates.
Follow-up with the candidate regarding interview process until the candidate joins the company
End to End Recruitment Process.
Sourcing data through different platforms.
Working on PAN India Recruitment.
Short-listing the final candidature for further round of the interview with industry experts.
Co-ordination with the candidates and explaining them the Job Profile in details and understanding their present requirements.
Initial screening of the resumes with respect to candidates experience, job requirement and role.
Scheduling of the interviews for the candidates.
Headhunting and referencing in order to get candidates not available on job portal.
