Senior Implementation Lead (Business Analyst)
Elevate is recruiting a Senior Implementation Lead. As a Senior Implementation Lead, you will ensure the requirements are documented to an appropriate level of detail and triaged for priority. It requires wide-reaching knowledge of the existing core legal business processes and an appreciation of where there are opportunities to adopt best practices. This role is also responsible for ensuring processes are delivered into business as usual operations in a coherent way.

Specifically, this role will involve:
- liaisoning between business stakeholders and project team
- Experience in creating requirements artefacts such as scope statements, functional requirements, use cases, non-functional requirements, data elements, business rules and process documents.
- Facilitate sessions with relevant stakeholders for understanding business requirements.
- Generating detailed project reports to ensure that requirements and documentation are created to support effective solution delivery.
- Aligning existing standards, templates, procedures defined within the implementation services framework to increase the quality and consistency of work products.
- Support Integration Testing of Cael implementations, assisting customers in developing & executing Test Cases and performing different phases of testing for Cael Products.
- Maintain project within time and cost constraints.
- Collaboration with Program Manager to prepare detailed phase plans, resourcing plans and timescales
- Inspiring the project team to achieve success
- Managing and prioritizing product backlog for an assigned product area in accordance with overall product strategy and write epic and user stories.
Essential experience and skills:
- Bachelor s Degree required. MBA is a plus or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in a senior business analyst IT role.
Technical skills:
- Familiar and comfortable with Agile development, wireframing tools, and Jira for user stories
- An understanding of legal business processes is desired.
- Strong communications skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment in a multi-cultural/multi-national context
- Experience with Agile Implementation Methodologies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with team participants, business stakeholders, and Senior Management across organizational boundaries, and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong track record of setting client and team expectations and holding clients and internal teams accountable
Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S degree in Computer Science and Electronics or related field from a Tier I institute
