Job Description

We need a professional with:

Specifically, this role will involve:

Data Administration

  • Improves the overall data quality of OnePlace through regular data cleansing, merging duplicate contacts, standardising and resolving data discrepancies
  • Contributes to, and follows, the process for entering and managing data
  • Monitors changes made by users to ensure data consistency
  • Monitors new contacts added by users to review for completeness accuracy and context and remediation of problematic data at or close to the point of entry
  • Ensures the data for contacts is accurate, complete and consistent
  • Certifies that specific data collections are cleaned and maintained
  • undertakes regular auditing of the data to ensure its ongoing integrity

Reporting

  • Manages the reporting function of the database to assist internal clients where appropriate
  • Provides advice, guidance and support to management level administrators and to application developers on access and use of data
  • Advises and consults with systems administrators on data quality and integrity issues

Other

  • Provides support to appropriate people in the marketing team for events and eCampaigns
  • Manages integration between the database and the firm's website
  • Liaises with database related service providers
  • Works with BD team to create and manage appropriate client lists for practice groups
  • Manages the implementation of any new database features and identifies system development and upgrade requirements

Essential experience and skills:

  • At least 2 - 3 years administrative experience/experience within a professional services environment

Technical skills:

  • Experience with OnePlace or Salesforce desirable
  • Should have the ability to use MS Word, Power Point and Excel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent required
