Job Description
Work with management to create a sales revenue plan for the team; breakout assignments for geographic territories and individuals
Monitor progress against this plan, noting opportunities for upside and potential threats
Track pipeline process and create accurate sales forecasts
Report on status against this plan on a weekly basis to executive team and management.
Day-to-day team management to achieve revenue goals:Manage the sales team to achieve goals using the standard sales processes and procedures within Salesforce
Track and analyze prospect progress through funnel, identifying areas for improvement within the systems or within the sales process.
Coach individuals for performance improvement
Support deal closings as needed for individual sales
Support team members in cultivating relationship with customers, and handling customer complaints
Sales team training and improvementIdentify training requirements for the sales team and individual members.
Work with product team, marketing team etc to create and deliver required training programs.
Coach individuals as needed for specific personal training needs
Skill Requirements:8+ years in telesales operations with increasing responsibility
Deep experience in solution selling of a technical product
Proficiency in sales automation systems (Salesforce) analytics and reporting, plus managing teams to optimally update and enforce the system
Experience working in a global marketplace including US, UK, EMEA, APAC.
Strong communication skills, including fluency in English
Able to work with teams across global time zones
Early stage company experience is a plus.,
