Insurance domain background preffered, team handling, client calls, owernship of project deliverables, SDLC, STLC and good communication skills.

Domain knowledge is mandatory. The candidate should understand his/her domain where they are currently working in and should be open to explore in other domains as well.

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills: 

1. Capable to handle small to medium size team and interaction with client. Excellent communication to drive client calls and communicate team issues.
2. Well versed with all Testing document & reports
3. Knowledge of defect life cycle
4. Knowledge of SDLC/STLC
5. Should mentor, drive the team and take complete ownership of the project deliverables.
6. Knowledge in Automation Selenium.
