Those selected will be taken through an orientation and training program and will have an opportunity to develop their skill base. We work across multiple technology domains and you will have an opportunity to work across different client teams.
Position: Senior Business Analyst Lead
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of business requirements for the Organizations business processes. You will uncover client requirements using industry standard model-driven analysis techniques, make recommendations for process and business flows and develop consensus on requirements. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will require technical knowledge and the ability to articulate technical concepts in terms that business managers understand.
Position requirement / qualifications:
Requires Bachelors degree in Science or comparable degree.
8 - 12 years of business analysis experience.
Expertise in Use Case diagramming, User Story Creation, Business Process Mapping, Sequence and Activity diagramming, and UML is required. Those with knowledge or familiarity with subject matter please excuse.
Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops
Experience with JIRA required
Knowledge of Continuous Delivery and DevOps practices Experience with SAP change management process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse agile teams, product owners, and subject matter experts. Responsibilities:
Dynamically adapt to rapidly evolving customers information technology environment and adopt their processes and foster innovative ideas.
Collaborate with product owner, technical leads, development team on the requirement elicitation, documentation in JIRA epic/stories/features and acceptance criteria in fast-paced agile environment.
Work with product owners to refine and prioritize issues backlog.
Work with development teams to flesh out technical and QA requirements.
Continuously monitor, identify risks and risk mitigations and capture team performance reports.
Collaborate with delivery team on understanding the requirements and properly developing and testing functionality using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).
Perform baseline business and technical impact analysis by analyzing metrics, organizational structure, resources, core work activities, existing documentation and supporting technology related to business processes.
Perform model driven analysis to map and analyze existing/as-is processes.
Conduct gap analysis on existing processes and potential alternatives.
Perform To-be analysis by Identifying, validating and implementing changes to incrementally improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate consensus on project objectives, assumptions and constraints amongst stakeholders and present business analysis findings in a final package.
Lead or participate in Agile / Scrum meetings.
Identify and document areas of potential business risks and communicate these appropriately.
Lead the elicitation and review of requirements, epics, user stories, release notes and other artifacts and communicate requirements to both the business and technical team members.
Maintain as well as track requirement/ specification through requirement traceability matrix, configuration modification and other usage change control processes through the software development life cycle.
Work closely with Quality Assurance team to review test cases, conduct defect testing and UAT
