We are hiring Team Leader-Claim Processing for Marol

Knowledge and Skill Requirement::

Managerial & Behavioural

• Team Work

Team management , should be capable to handle team , their daily productivity , training of new joinees , giving resolutions on the queries of team , maintaining roster of team

• Job Knowledge

Should be able to handle internal and external grievances received from insurance company

Cordinate with internal and external team for early resolution and claim settlement

Timely revert on the mails received for various claim queries

Should be well aware of medical terminologies

• Discipline

Should have discipline within the time and deliverables within given time line

• Meeting Deadlines

To maintain the TAT & Quality of claims processing

Review claims on regular basis for early disposal of claims without raising unnecessary queries

• Willingness to Learn.

Functional

• Good arithmetic and analytical skills.

Demonstrated proficiency in computer, should have basic knowledge of Microsoft word , excel and should be efficient in net surfing

Qualification:: BHMS / BUMS / BAMS / BDS / BPT / MBBS / MD

Candidates having relevant experience from TPA industry are preferred.
