Maintenance Engineer Maintenance Supervisor @ Crescendo Manpower

Carry out daily scheduled checkups of all machines and equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per the schedule and maintain machinery history card.
Attend to machinery breakdowns complaints.
Analyze equipment failures, determines cause(s), and make necessary adjustments/repairs.
Ensure proper earthing and zero power leakages.
Regularly inspect panel room.
Ensure proper cable laying, Electricity fitting, PowerPoint fixing, etc.
Carry out machine shifting and plant installation.
Educate workers to use and maintain machines and equipment properly.
All business transactions should be recorded timely.
Regularly monitor safety aspects of the plant to avoid any mishap.
Ensure safety in the electrical and mechanical work.
Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and safety activity related to maintenance in the plant.
Train operators to effectively use machines.
Assist maintenance team with technical advice.
