Roles and Responsibilities
To effectively handle and clear employee grievances and clearly document them using standard templates .
To undertake disciplinary actions, counseling of employees and documenting the cases
To create standardized templates for information system and creating reports like monthly attrition, joining, vacancies, employee graph .
To document all relevant information and prepare monthly analysis reports.
Responsible for development and implementation of HRMS system across the organization.
To ensure the change management is implemented smoothly
To plan, design and develop changes / new recommendations for designing incentive schemes.
To handle whole Recruitment process
Candidates profiles
Candidate from Manufacturing sector will be preferred
Minimum of 2 yrs experience as HR
Excellent Communication Skill
