JOB IN HEALTH INSURANCE SALE,

Position Title: Sales Manager/ Agency Manager/Senior Agency Manager/ ABDM/DABM

CTC Range:2.50L to 4.50L (No bar for right candidate).

Work Location:Sitting in Indore (Free to recruit and sale all India).

Education :Graduation/Post Graduation(Any Stream)

Experience:Minimum 2years(Health Insurance),Minimum 4yrs(other Sales)

Personality:Good family background, disciplined, formal dressed.

Age:Should be minimum 30 and maximum no bar

Other:Married and having own vehicle and smart phone.

Job Profile:Recruit Advisors/Agents/Financial Partners form own reference or through activities.

Provide training on customer handling, sales pitch on product.

Develop advisors/Financial partners for their promotions.

Groom advisors/Financial partners on their personality.

Provide leadership and management training to financial Partners.

Maintaining team productivity and achieving team, individual targets.

Educating the prospect on our and competition products.

Joint fieldwork and marketing activities with advisors/agents/HPs/JSO.
