Job Description

HR:
Experienced in Infrastructure industry, handling overall HR activities
Handling payroll management in coordination with HO
Must have processed employees payroll management
Competent to handle reconciliation of salary statement, PF, ESIC, Bonus and other components related to employee benefits.
Manage complete employee life cycle from Joining to Exit (post Exits as well)
End to end Insurance (employee insurance and project related insurances)

IR:
Working experience in statutory compliance i.e. PF/PT/LBF/ESI/WC Policy/Labor license/excel etc.
Compliance, handling Overall Site and updating the same with HO
Periodic / Annual return filling this includes but not limited to Bonus, minimum wages, medical management, policy renewable, claim settlement, ESI claim, display notice etc.
