Job Summary:

Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assesses performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer life cycle.
• Responsible for supervision of overall sales activities.
• Should be capable to initiate sales from pre-launch stage.
• Achieve sales target and manage collections from customers.
• Develop, manage and mentor front-line sales team.
• Arrange presentations and meetings for closing bulk deals with corporate clients.
• Coordinate with Customer Service for documentation and handover.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• preferably in construction field.
