Job Description

A leading Manufacturing company dealing into Packaging machines located in Navi Mumbai is presently hiring suitable male candidates in Service department
Post : Service Technician / Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
Assemble machine parts inhouse & make machine ready w.r.t. design.
Inprocess testing of machine with trial material & achieve desired result.
Pre-dispatch trial & testing of machines.
Perform inhouse FAT of machines with and OR without customer.
Post-dispatch Installation, Commissioning & Servicing of machines at customer end
Disassemble and replace the equipment OR assembly parts if worn-out or not functioning well & also able to give suggestion in case where rework and replacement not possible
Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied.
Preparation of Service report.
Report to superior time to time

Ready to visit customer sites
Have knowledge of Installation, Commissioning & Servicing of Machines
