Education & Experience :
B.E. {CIVIL} with minimum 12 years of experience in overall construction responsibilities in Industrial Warehouse Project
Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to manage and lead a staff responsible for individual Warehouse Project with direct accountability of project delivery.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in civil engineering with minimum 12 years of strong construction background
Key Skills
Proven leadership in a customer facing Construction project management environment
Strong Budgeting, Forecasting and Finance experience
Strong communication skills Written & Oral
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Incumbents job responsibilities will include following but not limited to:
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation,
