Incedo is hiring for Technical Support Associates!!

Position Title: Associate

Business Function: Technical Support

Job Location: Chennai/Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

• It is a B2B voice profile, wherein the associate will be resolving technical queries of customer over calls.
• Good Troubleshooting experience of Modem, Router, Windows OS / Software Installation,
  password reset, Active Directory.
• Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly.
• Basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop and gadgets.
• Email configuration.
• Incident Management Tool Exposure will be a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Only Graduates are eligible. Preferably BCA/MCA/Btech.
• Customer service approach.
• Candidate should be comfortable with US shifts timings, Tech Support (Semi-Tech) voice
  process.
• Excellent communication skills.

Experience 1-3 years

Travel Allowance will be provided once office resumes.

Night shift allowance applicable.
