Technical Project Manager @ Saiens Technologies

Requirements:

1) Great team player, with an excellent interpersonal skill who is passionate about technology, have a strong track record with leading successful B2C implementation projects - mandatory
2) B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent
3) 6+ years of experience in leading software projects which contained development and delivery to customers.
4) More than 7 years of hands-on experience with software development - mandatory
5) Experience and passion for modern web development technologies, methodologies, and techniques React 16 / Angular (4,5,6), Redux / Mobx, Node.js, Webpack / Parcel, Jest / Jasmine / Mocha, CSS Modules / Styled Components, etc. mandatory
6) Knowledge in modern architectural methods and patterns such as Microservice Architecture, Cloud Computing and Containers (Kubernetes, Docker) big advantage
7) Public cloud experience (Amazon, Azure, Google) big advantage
8) Previous SW architecture experience - big advantage
3+ years background in the insurance industry - mandatory.
9) A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has ability to manage and prioritize concurrent work assignments
10) Experience leading teams providing coaching, mentoring and training to customers
11) Strong knowledge, understanding and experience working with Agile methodology
12) Strong business orientation, experience in direct interaction with customers
13) Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
14) Motivated to succeed with a can-do approach.
15) Agile / SCRUM Certification is a plus!
16) Open and willing to travel when needed
