We have a very intelligent full time freshman entry level Human Resources Payroll Assistant role based out of Gurgaon, India open at the moment. We are work from home till the pandemic tides over. A thorough finance background with strong numbers acumen might come in handy here. Also, if you are looking at a career in Corporate Finance, this will give you a complete business perspective.

This open opportunity in our Internal Firm Services function is an intelligent opportunity - it involves performing deep Corporate Finance functions including Accounting, Invoicing, GST, TDS, Payment reconciliation, Debtors, Budgeting, working with Founders & Function Heads/Mentors on company accounts/finance calculations, financial analysis, cost benefit ratio analysis, balance sheet management, general ledger, managing receivables/payables, management of vendor partners & standardizing price points/rate cards of offerings. We are work-from-home till pandemic tides over.

Candidates with Finance/HR Bachelors or Masters will be preferred.

Freshers or those with 1-2 years of relevant Compensation/Payroll/Corporate Finance experience are welcome.

Excellent initiative skills, leadership skills, attention to details, good knowledge of corporate finance practices/systems mandatory.

Role seeks swift, agile, quick learners, with good MS Office skills, excellent communication skills, a good heart to collaborate, process driven-ness, responsible with high ownership.

It is an urgent full time role & we are looking for immediately available candidates only.
