Job Description
Required for a Real Estate company, with a strong proven track record, HOD of accounts and Finance
Location : Navi Mumbai / Chembur
Experience : minimum 10 years with at least 5 in a similar position.
Qualification : CA preferred

Accounting & Finance
Spearheading the accounts team in handling entire spectrum of functions pertaining to Finance and Accounts Department.
MIS & Budgeting
- Fulfilling accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
- Exercising strict budgetary controls over expenditure incurred and detailing the explanation of the expenditure variance reports and thus facilitate decision making process.
- Preparation of Quarterly & Yearly Financials, projections
Taxation and Compliances
- Incumbent should have thorough exposure of all direct and indirect taxes and returns to be filed.
- Should have experience of attending all tax hearings.
- Ensuring that the team meets deadlines of all Taxes including submission of returns.
- Implementing systems & procedures for the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet, reconciliation statements & Financial statements.
- Handling Internal Audit and Statutory Audits and Finalization of Accounts.
- Compliance of MAHA RERA
- Compliance of various statutory laws such as Income Tax, GST.
- Handling Income tax scrutiny case assessments, commissioner appeal.
- ROF Compliances.
- TDS Payments and filing of Returns
- Tax Computation of employees; payment and filing of return of PF; ESIC & P. Tax
Other Co-ordination:
- Negotiating / Liasioning with the banks & financial institutions for raising fund and non - fund based facilities at favourable terms to meet working capital requirements.
- Preparation of CMA data with projection of the project.
