Mandatory Skills Vertex Product experience
Detailed job description - Skill Set: - Experience with Vertex O series implementation and configuration of vertex and its integration with Oracle Cloud
- Through end to end product knowledge on Vertex
- Experience in solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment of Vertex
loading tax files into Vertex, new releases (patches), Maintenance of Vertex as a Product/Monthly Updates etc.
support tax team for questions, development of reports etc.
Understanding DB tables, structure etc. etc. to debug/triage issues and update setups
Debug and triage tax link - Integration between Vertex O Series and Tax Link breaks
Help infra/DBA team for any middleware issues
- Experience/Understanding of Oracle Cloud EB Tax module
- Good Analytical and Communication skills
- Experience in supporting Oracle Cloud projects including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, and handling high severity issues within SLA.
- Experience in coordinating with Business and other teams on issues, enhancements and projects
- Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to client.
