JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To achieve their respective monthly sales targets by
Prospecting, qualifying, processing, and following up on digital leads
Telephone calling and counseling to prospective clients
Motivating patients to act on solving their hearing loss problems sooner.
Understanding clients concerns/pain points and recommending the best products
Schedule appointment and follow-up on visits
Working together with retail clinics to generate hearing aid sales from leads sent.
Online updating the call information into the CRM
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Graduate with 2-3 years of experience achieving sales targets in a call center
Good English communication
Good Sales Pitch
Convincing and counselling Skills
PERSONALITY:
Quick Thinking on the feet
Go-getter (should be proven by his/her past performance- incentives, increments received and assessment ratings)
