1. Primary responsibility of monitoring the customer link availability
2. Follow with stakeholders until resolution of the issue
3. Resolve customer reported issues via Phone/Email/Chat
4. The issues reported will be in the area of System & Network           administration.
5. Use superior customer service skills and scripts to diffuse               tension.
6. Follow ITIL based processes involving Incident Management,        Change Management & Problem Management to resolve                 issues.
7. Work in various shifts that are rotational on a bi weekly basis.
8. Follow up on customer reported issues and take them to                 resolution.
9. Co-ordinate with internal/external departments to resolve                customer issues. 
10. Maintain consistent Customer Satisfaction scores.
11. Resolve issues with systems, printers, firewalls, routers,                   switches, access.
12. points, windows & linux servers.
