Design Engineer @ HR Consultant

Job Description

Designing of Fabricated Machines, Structures & Components.
Preparation of 3D models for machines, assemblies & parts, using Creo 6.0.
Preparation of 2D manufacturing drawings for machines, assemblies & parts.
Simulation of Components / Parts / Structural Members / Assemblies on CREO / ANSYS.
Good knowledge about ISO/ EN standards for welding, machining, Material selection. Knowledge of tolerances, GD&T, welding, and machining symbols is important.
Static analysis using Creo Simulate for stress failure and displacement.
Design Reviews with customers. Interfacing with Manufacturing & Quality Control departments.
Preparation of Bill of Materials, selection of standard market items.
Good skills in MS Office are necessary.
