Desired Candidate Profile
The key roles and responsibilities involves:
- Selected candidates will be responsible for Filing the cases, Taking Follow ups for the documents, solving client queries.
- Guide and follow up with the individuals willing to relocate internationally for documentation.
- Maintain strong working client relationship.
- Assist immigrants with filing paperwork and legal representation in order to obtain work authorization.
- Handle the relevant government portals for US, Australia, Hong kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe for Visa processing.
- Handling client queries and updating them about the status over phone, in meetings and through emails.
- Daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the forms.
- Immigration filings & process.
- Excellent communication skills& command over English (Mandatory).- Speaking and Writing.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with computers and Internet is a must.
- Passion to learn and grow.
- Should be self-driven, responsible and self-motivated to give your best.
- Should have strong Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
- Able to accomplish results.
- Should be able to present self well with the client with a pleasing nature.
- Should be able to find desired solution in any given situation.
- Free domestic travel if employee completes 2 years with XIPHIAS Immigration.
- 2 months' salary as bonus if employee completes 3 years with XIPHIAS Immigration.
- 6 years with XIPHIAS Immigration, the employee will get resettled in Canada, with all the expenses of the resettlement borne by the company.
- 15 days' salary as bonus if an employee does not take any leave for a period of 6 months.
- 6 Extra Paid Leaves for the next year if employee does not take any leave for 1 year.
