Collecting documents from the CSR - New Business, Renewals, RM & SM.
Comparing client/coverage etc. information included on Application / Proposal form, Expiring policy etc.
The entire set of documents is there as per the requirement of the Insurance Co.
Scanning of the entire set, renaming as per guidelines.
Referring to Checking & verification process. If accurate, acknowledge original suspense. If policy is
not accurate or complete, generating the Change Request Form.
Procedure for Change/endorsement etc needs to be followed.
Comparing the client/coverage information included on the Details of policy entry for NB &
Renewals, with Wealth Magic System & the actual policy, received.
Verification of all sections of the policy.
Cancellation of the policy request to be handled.
Maintaining all the back papers.
Job Location: Kandivali E
Office Timing:9.45am to 6.30 pm 2nd& 4thSaturdays are off
