Roles and responsibilities:
- Inspiring each and every team member to perform and produce their best.
- Determine the duties and responsibilities of individuals in a team.
- Analyzing the individual performance of each team member and motivate them to perform even better.
- Organizing training workshops to improve the performance of the members
- Reporting any problem or fault in the project to the project manager or supervisor.
- Offer solutions to the top management regarding project-related queries
- Calculating the Shrinkage, attrition and take necessary steps
- Prior experience as Team Leader in the International process is a must.
- Excellent communication skill is a must.
- Inclination towards playing games
- Should have complete knowledge on metrics like shrinkage attrition
