1. Position Title: Customer Support Associates

2. Line of Business: International Flight & Hotels

3. Qualification: Undergraduate, Graduate, Certification/Diploma in travel, GDS Knowledge

4. Years of Experience: Freshers and Min 6 months in Ticketing/Rescheduling/GDS Queues

5. GDS Knowledge preferably: Amadeus or Galileo

6. Preferred Industry: Travel

7. Fresher's with Diploma of GDS can also apply

Job Role

1. How to issue tickets on GDS/LCC Portal

2. Rescheduling on GDS/LCC Portal (Voluntary Re-issuance)

3. GDS Queues (Schedule Change Queries/Involuntary Re-Issuance)

4. Cancellation of tickets on GDS/Portal/API

Required Skill Set

1.Good command over the English language. Versant Indian: 5 or 3 and above CAT Score

2.Good knowledge of system navigation

3. Customer Orientation skills

4. People Handling & Soft skills.

Training Program

Selected candidates will undergo 30 days of the training program which is subject to successful certification.
