Qualification - M BA (HR) are preferred
- Working experience of similar industry
- Recruitment experience for IT profiles
- Working knowledge of payroll and compliances
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicate skills are must
- Good documentation skills
Recruitment (IT & Non-IT Staff) - Recruiting staff for various positions (IT & Non IT) in India offices.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Sourcing of right match for various position by
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events such as Campus interviews, Demonstrations etc.
Onboarding & Documentation - Staff on-boarding
- Document Verification
- Background Check
- Ensuring the infrastructure
- Ensuring all the joining related documents
- Orientation program for new joiners
Payroll, Time Office & Statutory Compliances - Maintaining time-office/attendance record of staff along with their leave records
- Processing payroll of employees and professional fees
- PF & ESIC contribution of employee and employer
- Professional Tax
- TDS (Tax deduction at source)
- Other monitory benefits as per V Groups policies
General Administration: - Handling all administrative activities like maintenance of office equipment, transport, housekeeping & maintenance of office and record keeping of office stationery including various formats.
- Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations & compliance with various governmental agencies; monitoring disciplinary issues & legal matters.
- Ensuring adherence to statutory compliance in areas of Factory, IR and the social security legislations
- Managing assets; ensuring asset upkeep and availability
