Job Description
Dear Candidate,
Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for QC Executive - Production
Production & Manufacturing Planning on Daily Basis.
Maintains Batch Production Record (BPRs) & Batch Mfg. Records (BMRs).
Maintain 5s & FIFO on Shop Floor.
Update Calibration & Verification of weighing balance & maintain Temperature & RH Records.
Maintains Log books & daily online rejection Records.
Verification of P/M before starting the line & take approval of line Clearance before starting the process.
Check & verify Dispensing of raw material before starting Mfg. process.
After Completion of batch Submit bulk sample to QA/QC for Analytical purpose.
Update Finish Good transfer Notes.
Require Sound knowledge of RCA, CAPA, PDCA .
Monitor machine outputs confirming machine setting are delivering a quality product.
To supervise the overall operational activities (like visual inspection, batch coding, labelling) related to packing area.
To ensure timely completion of operation and cleaning activity and related documents.
