Job Description

1.NOC L2 - Minimum Three (3+) years of experience & knowledge in networking: LAN/WAN/WLAN/DHCP/DNS
2.NOC L3 - Minimum Six (6+) years of experience & knowledge in networking: LAN/WAN/WLAN/DHCP/DNS
3.Should be a Technical Graduate and should have sound knowledge of MS Office.
4.Excellent communication skills (specifically Verbal and Written English).
5.Possess excellent network troubleshooting skills
6.Highly proficient on Service Now
7.Ability to use multiple Incident Management Systems.
8.CCNA (R&S) Certification desired but not required.
9.Must be able to work 24x7 shifts.
10.Should be ok to work from Office post joining.
11.Work Location Noida / Chandigarh
12.Team player and positive attitude.
13.Highly motivated, proactive, requires minimal supervision and ability to handle critical situations.
14.Ability to work under pressure for extended periods of time.
15.Needs to be organized and have the ability to multi-task
16.Telecom experience will be an added advantage.
