We are hiring Customer Service Executive (Immediate Joiners) for our client in Hyderabad.

About our client:
Our client is a leading health care organization in India. They operate one contact centre, providing top quality service and support to hospitals group and other health care services with One Pan India Toll #. Team serves HEL, HLL, Sugar Clinics, Mother & Baby clinics, Diagnostics & Pharmacy.
Job Description:
Prompt response to customer inquiries through chat / calls.
Agent should follow all the process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions including record details of inquiries and comments.
Skill Set: Good typing skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
Work Week: Staggering weekly offs
Shift Timings: 24 hours round the clock services with 9 hours shift timings
7:00 AM to 4:00PM / 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM / 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 10:00PM to 07:00 AM.
Qualification: SSC and above.
Age Criterion: 18 Years and above.
Languages: Hindi, English (Mandatory) & any one regional language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi & etc.)
Experience: Experience in call centre profile/ Fresher with command over English, Hindi & regional language
Objective: Should have good written communication skills, must be customer
oriented person, with basic medical understanding.
We prefer candidate to join us in short notice.
