This role will involve responsibility of managing business (business development, marketing, sales) for the Rest of the World markets (ROW) especially Africa and Latin America.
Developing strategies for existing business and new territories along with Management.
Growing the current business and increasing penetration for the existing markets.
To expand into newer geographies.
Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals on business.
Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners / distributors, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
Searching and evaluating applicable tenders, with end-to-end execution of the same.
Relationship building & management with key decision makers, influencers and stakeholders in organizations, Ministry of Health, Embassies, regulatory/Licensing bodies and develop an effective network with them.
Total experience of 15 yrs and more in International Business (Business Development, Marketing, Sales). Experience in Africa, Latin America, South East Asia & Middle East will be preferred.
Strong contacts in pharma industry
Should have good international contacts or have developed the international clients for Pharmaceutical
Experience with topicals and opthalmics will be an advantage
Should have good communication skills
Proficient in email communication
Good interpersonal skills / Team player
Efficient knowledge of MS Office and internet communication
Should be open to travel
