Looking at the potential of market one of our clients wants to rebuilt, reorganize and rejuvenate the structure in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
We are currently hiring for Asst. Manager Marketing and Sales
Designation: Asst. Manager Marketing and Sales
Reporting to:Director
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai 400701.
Experience: Minimum 8 years & more.
Qualification:BE / Diploma Mechanical
Special skills required:Through in latest digital marketing tools and ERP.
Primary Skills: Marketing and Sales, Industrial Sales, Hydraulic Machines, pneumatic system, Business development, Technical Sales, Technical discussions
Secondary Skills: digital marketing tools and ERP.
CTC : As per company standards and depending on candidates experience.
(It may higher totally depend on Previous Experience and Responsibilities)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Good market knowledge with great contacts in Hydraulic Machines and Equipment Industry.
- Capability to provide technical assistance.
- Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Should have experience in setting up team and handle 3 to 4 executives.
- Meet and, if possible, exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure you achieve this
- Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the directors.
- Regularly attend meetings with vendors, technical data presentations and briefings.
- Keep up to date with the latest data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with professionals during presentations.
- Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
- Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.
- Keep up to date with new developments, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly
- Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the demand sector
- Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
- Ability to penetrate new markets and customers.
- Ability to promote a super-premium product - high quality.
- Manage day to day activities like: Business development, Technical Sales, Customer conversion, Sales coordination, Model selection, Quotations, Technical discussions, Problem solving Solution Providing, Timely dispatch coordination (Internal), Meet sales targets
- Sales Activities: sales tracker, sales executive performance, etc.
