JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Expert level Technical Knowledge
Expert knowledge of all MS technologies, architectures, frameworks, common design patterns and its applications
Responsible for ensuring Scrum/Agile development methodology & process compliance (including Jira and product
documentation) within the team in collaboration with Scrum Master & Product Owner(s) & Stakeholder(s)
Result oriented, manage competing priorities, understand Business needs & motivates team to remain focused
Perform structured/planned/formal code reviews & active participation-contribution in design and/or other brainstorming
sessions
Quick turnaround on troubleshooting (Triage) complex technical challenges & creative problem solver
Ensure & encourage cross-team collaboration
Collaborate to ensure implementation matches proposed architecture/design
Provide timely & accurate updates to facilitate taking informed decision
Taking responsibility and ownership of individual and team deliverables
Act as a mentor for senior members on the team
Actively identify opportunities to mentor and guide team members
Managing goals for team members and providing regular feedback along with review-evaluation of individual performance
Discuss team related performance/compensation issues with his/her supervisor
Grow engineering teams by conducting technical interviews, knowledge sharing sessions and encouraging innovation
Follower of Best Practices and leads by examples
Interacting with third party vendors
