The Muthoot Finance Ltd is looking for experienced female candidates in sales or team leading for below position,

Post: CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

Job Location: SILIGURI

Job Responsibilities:-

• Handling CCEs (Female staff of branches), guide them, train them for best customer services.
• New KYC target achievement of the region through CCEs.
• Regular followup calls to the CCEs to increase the walk-in of the branch.
• Looking after the cross selling of all OFPs.
• Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of her team.
• Maintaining database target vs achievement.

Eligibility Criteria:-

1. Min 5 years of experience in sales or business development.

2. Must have worked as a Team Leader or Relationship Officer for at least 2+ years during her stint.

3. Well versed with MS Office (Excel, PP & Word)

4. Mentally fit to go for target oriented job.

5. Age up to 35 years.

6. Must be graduate.

7. Female only.

Package :- Fixed Salary + Incentives (Quarterly) + Product Incentives + Bonus (yearly) etc.
