Please find below the open position for Sr. Executive.

Exp 5-7 years

Qualification Any Graduate / Diploma or MBA (preferred not mandatory)

Salary range up to 35000/- PM

Work location, Electronic city, Bengaluru

Work Mode from office location (NO WFH)

Language proficiency English / Hindi / Kanada

Based on Academic Calendar Plan for the Trimester Examinations

a)Preparation of examination notices (announcements, timetable) for all PGDM programmes.
b)Maintain confidentiality in various activities entrusted to you .
c)Uploading the notices, timetable on the website, booking rooms, making seating arrangements, maintaining attendance records of students, invigilators.
d)Call for question papers. Making question papers ready for the examination on the scheduled date.
e)Arranging invigilators. Overseeing the smooth conduct of examination.
f)Arranging answer-books bundle for assessment and seeing that they are dispatched in time and follow up for marks.

g)Preparation of results:- data-entry, validation, application of proper rules.
h)Declaration of results in the stipulated time.
i)Preparation of remuneration chart for invigilators for supervision and watermen charges.

j)Other responsibilities may be added as and when required during the course of the year.
