To achieve sales target achievement of Personal Care category at the store by ensuring superior customer experience
Baseline Salary Range and Cascade %age for Total Salary Calculation:
Monthly CTC range:Rs.18,000/- to Rs.24,000/-,Variable salary would be calculated as per the Remuneration policy of the company.

Mandatory Skills required
Help customers choose the products that best suit their skin and hair types, Upsell and cross sell products to enhance bill value, Prepare and share Daily Sales Report on regular basis to the category team , Ensure display, storing, and replenishment of stock at the store as per VM guidelines
Additional Skills required
Excellent Verbal (& written) communication Skills, Computer Proficiency (MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel), Proactiveness and positive attitude
