Roles & Responsibilities:
Appointing distributors in the geography
Building & leading a sales team focused on outlet coverage & regular billing for leading Pharma OTC & FMCG companies.
Building beat plans for team & ensuring adherence of the same in the market
Interacting with distributors and ensuring fulfilment against orders generated
Meeting retailers regularly and ensuring complete resolution of their queries & concerns
Good to Have:
Experience in ground level sales
Experience in leading sales teams
Team Leader/Area Executive/Area Manager Experience
