Job Description

Assistant Manager (Company Secretary & Legal) - Manufacturing
- Responsible for complying with procedures and provisions under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and other laws applicable to the Company.
- Liaison with various regulatory authorities including Stock Exchanges and Registrar of Companies.
- Attend to litigations of the Company.
- Drafting of agreements, contracts, responses, etc. as required by the Company from time to time.
- Responsible for compliance under the Foreign Exchange Management Act.
- Assist in the Internal Audit function of the Company.
- Assisting in the Due Diligence process of the Company.
- Coordinating with different departments in the Company in order to ensure compliances of procedures within the departments.
Qualification And Experience:
Candidate should be Qualified Company Secretary with minimum 5+ years of experience with a Leading Manufacturing Companies & should have experience with Listed Companies.
