We're looking to hire a hands-on and results-oriented Engineering Leader for the CS Platform team, which is a foundational and critical function of the overall Customer Success Platform organization. We're looking to hire a hands-on and results-oriented infrastructure leader for the infrastructure team, which is a critical function of the overall Customer Success Platform organization. Strong technical background, demonstrated experience in leading application support, cloud-based solutions, and systems infrastructure work and great people skills to build highly competent and productive teams are key qualifications and traits to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities include:
Design and implement short and long term strategic plans to meet current and future requirements Lead engineering efforts to create best in a class operations organization and to deliver on business requirements. Perform R&D to strategize for long term to bring in the best and most modern tools and technologies and recommendations backed with data to influence management to take right long-term decisions
Qualifications
At least 3+ years professional application administration or infrastructure manager experience or strong tech lead experience with some management experience.
Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
Experience creating developer platforms and cloud deployment tools.
Experience in leading application support, cloud-based solutions, and systems infrastructure
8+ years of hand on systems administration experience.
Computer Science bachelor's degree, relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
Strong leadership presence and ability to lead directly and through influence to drive execution of strategy in a global organization with competing priorities
Possesses strong operational and project management experience, driving exceptional results every day.
Experience and knowledge with helping team develop and automate vendor testing.
Proven experience leading engineering teams supporting multiple business functions.
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
