Job Description
Manage the maintenance of machines & equipment to ensure continual uninterrupted working in theplant.
Carry out daily scheduled checkups of allmachines and equipment to ensureuninterrupted production.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per the schedule and maintain machinery historycard.
Attend to machinery breakdownscomplaints.
Analyze equipment failures, determinescause(s), and make necessaryadjustments/repairs.
Ensure proper earthing and zero powerleakages.
Regularly inspect panel room.
Ensure proper cable laying, Electricityfitting, PowerPoint fixing, etc.
Carry out machine shifting and plantinstallation.
Educate workers to use and maintainmachines and equipment properly.
All business transactions should berecorded timely.
Regularly monitor safety aspects of theplant to avoid any mishap.
Ensure safety in the electrical andmechanical work.
Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and safetyactivity related to maintenance in the plant.
Train operators to effectively usemachines.
Assist maintenance team with technicaladvice.
