Open Position - Recruitment Specialist/Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Job Location - Hyderabad
Experience 1 year to 6 years
Notice Period - Immediate / 30 Days

Qualification - Any Graduate

Criteria

Responsible for end to end hiring, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and follow through until the candidate joins
Responsible to ensure hiring against approved manpower requisition within set lead time.
Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Job Posting & External hiring tools like Job portals
Conduct initial HR interview round.
Periodic updating of career websites / pages with real time positions.
Experience in US Healthcare hiring or BPO hiring is an added advantage
Should have worked on Medical Coding or AR hiring
