Position Overview
IKS Health is seeking passionate, result oriented and dynamic Process Excellence Managers to create and execute account transformation roadmaps, build quality DNA and drive business value for its customers. The incumbent will be part of the Process Excellence Team at IKS Health and will be an important enabler to IKS Healths vision of building and transforming Healthcare services of the future.
The incumbent will work closely with various teams within IKS, collaborating closely with our clients to execute transformation initiatives and improvement projects. We seek Process Excellence Managers with passion and track record for innovation and creative, out of the box thinking, with exceptional change management skills to help execute on our Process Excellence strategy in the ambulatory healthcare space in the US
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and delivery of large business improvement projects through the application of Lean Six Sigma and project management tools.
- Assist with the definition of potential projects to support the future growth of the IKS business by identifying, quantifying and comparing potential projects, and playing an active role in the prioritization process.
- Secure the appropriate business sponsorship for allocated improvement projects.
- Actively identify potential risks & issues relating to the delivery of projects and manage a resolution process in a timely manner, only escalating major issues.
- Work with business functions to develop and implement data gathering techniques to identify and rank opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Identify automation opportunities and conduct feasibility assessment for Hyper Automation and RPA deployment
- Deliver training and provide mentoring support in Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Root Cause Analysis, Lean and workshop facilitation techniques, while being an exemplar of all of these skills among others.
Prerequisites
- 12- 15 years of experience with at least 10 years in healthcare domain
- Should be Lean Six Sigma Black belt certified
- Should have led and executed high impact projects in the US healthcare domain across Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical solutions or Medical Coding.
Functional Competencies
- Knowledge of US Healthcare is a must
- Good knowledge of RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path, etc), workflow tools, systems, ERPs, etc
- Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to interact with senior leadership/clients and manage expectations effectively
